Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. Payment options may vary depending on order value and product type.
For high-value or freight orders, we may offer bank transfer or agreed account terms. Where account terms are approved, payment is due within 7 of the invoice date.
Your order is confirmed and dispatched once payment has been authorised and cleared.
Pricing and GST
All displayed prices include GST at 10% unless otherwise stated, and are shown in Australian dollars. A tax invoice showing our ABN (61 826 340 915) is provided for your records.
Freight, unloading and optional services are itemised separately before you confirm payment.
We correct pricing errors where they occur; if a genuine error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding or offer a refund.
Payment Security
Our website uses TLS/SSL encryption to protect information transmitted during checkout. Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
Card details are entered directly into our processor's secure environment. We do not store full card numbers on our systems, and full card data is not accessible to our staff.
We may use fraud-prevention checks and may request additional verification for certain orders to protect you and us against unauthorised transactions.
Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment is declined or reversed, we may hold or cancel the affected order until valid payment is received.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at sales@equipdepotau.com promptly so we can investigate. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Please do not send full card details by email or unsecured message; contact us and we will provide a secure way to complete payment.
