How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat $650.00 to any address in mainland Australia — the amount is shown in your delivered total before you pay, with no surprises. Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and remote or island locations are quoted separately.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is typically 1–3 business days. Freight/oversized items (containers, structures, trailers) usually deliver within 3–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and carrier scheduling. The carrier contacts you to arrange a delivery appointment.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes. Flat-rate delivery covers mainland Australia; Tasmania, the Northern Territory, and remote or island locations are delivered too, with any additional cost quoted before shipping.
Are your products new or used?
We offer both new and used units where noted. Every item's condition is stated on its product page, and used/cargo-worthy units are inspected before delivery.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely by credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (pay-by-invoice). Your itemized invoice with the full delivered total is emailed to you before payment.
What do I need for delivery?
Freight items arrive by truck and are typically delivered curbside. You'll need a level, accessible spot with room for the delivery vehicle. Let us know about tight access ahead of time so we can plan the drop.
Can I return an item?

Is sales tax included in the price?
Prices shown are the item price. Any applicable sales tax is calculated based on your destination and shown on your invoice before payment. See our Sales Tax Policy for details.
Can I get a quote first?
Absolutely. Use the "Request a quote" option on any product, or contact us at sales@equipdepotau.com and we'll send an itemized all-in quote, usually within one business day.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. The site is SSL-encrypted, card and PayPal payments are processed securely by our payment partner, and card/PayPal orders are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
